This toy-trading fair is a mobilization campaign with the objective of getting adults thinking about consumerism and of allowing children to give a new meaning to their own toys.
Created in 2012, the idea is that the Feira de Troca website promotes and contributes supporting materials for third parties to organize fairs throughout Brazil. In their first year, 51 fairs were organized. In 2013, there were more than 100 fairs – two of which were international. Alana also organizes its own fairs on occasion throughout the year.
